Visual Designer

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced web designer to work on continuous basis with us in a part-time arrangement in our Barcelona office. Projects mainly involve web and interface design for high-profile real estate clients (property websites, corporate websites, interactive presentations), with occasional need for related graphic projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary international team in a very fast-paced, exciting industry.

Requirements:

– Minimum 3-5 years visual/web design experience
– Ability to manage all aspects of creative process, from concept to completion
– Must have meticulous (pixel perfect) attention to detail
– Ability to work fast and meet demanding deadlines
– Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, some knowledge of HTML/CSS

Business Development Consultant

Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to help drive revenue generation by developing strong relationships with key decision makers in the commercial real estate sector. Your challenge will be to take on a consultative approach to offer digital and online marketing solutions for organizations in the commercial real estate industry including owners, operators, brokers and investment firms.

Essential Responsibilities:

– Contact new prospects, develop sales funnel and help manage entire sales lifecycle
– Fortify and nurture existing relationships with inMotion clients and help identify new business prospects and sales opportunities
– Create proposals and help define scope of work and requirements for digital marketing services
– Engage with internal marketing and project teams to provide client feedback and improve processes
– Meet sales objectives and qualitative goals for business activities

Requirements:

– Self-starter; must be self-directed and willing and able to work autonomously with limited supervision, you will be working remotely
– Proven track record in commercial real estate
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Passionate about digital marketing and creative tech solutions
– Assertive, goal oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy helping clients succeed
– Ideal candidate should have minimum 3-5 years experience working in a Sales role
