Client Overview
The University Residential Communities (URC) at 303 Third Street is an exciting residential community in the heart of Kendall Square created by faculty and alumni of MIT, Harvard, and MGH.
Project Details
The URC at 303 Third chose inMotion Real Estate Media to produce a marketing video to capture the concept of the URC and reach a unique target audience.
The final production consisted of a three-minute HD video production with interview segments from prominent members of the URC. The video was a focal point of the Sales center and DVDs were included with print collateral.
It was a pleasure to work with Bob Samii and inMotion Real Estate. They are creative, amazingly responsive and, best of all they work quickly.
