The University Residential Communities (URC) at 303 Third Street is a unique residential community in the heart of Kendall Square created by faculty and alumni of MIT, Harvard, and MGH.
Project Details
The URC at 303 Third chose inMotion Real Estate Media to develop their web presence
and effectively present the property's variety of floorplans, impressive ammenities
package and highly sought-after location.
As a result, inMotion successfuly created a new custom website with rich media including
several custom Flash elements: an interactive building floor plan visual, a ground
floor amenities map, and an interactive neighborhood map.
