Client Overview
Seaport Center is a first-class office building located at 451 D Street, in the heart of the Seaport District in Boston, MA. What was formerly known as the Fargo building, underwent a major capital improvements program and has been rebranded as the Seaport Center, "The Pulse of the Boston Waterfront".
Project Details
inMotion Real Estate Media was called upon to produce a marketing video to introduce the newly branded Seaport Center and communicate the neighborhood's vibrancy and key amenities.
The final production consisted of a two-minute introductory marketing video used as a presentation tool in the sales center, as well as the website.
The Seaport Center movie, produced by inMotion Real Estate Media, successfully positioned the asset at the center of a burgeoning waterfront. The piece was a focal point in our Marketing Center, and was instrumental in the leasing of 200,000 square feet in the first twelve months of our campaign.
