Business Development
Description
If you are self-motivated and have the confidence to close deals, we want to hear from you. We are currently looking for a Business Development/ Lead generation professional to fuel our growth in the commercial real estate industry. You must enjoy building relationships with new clients and be comfortable on the phone.
Requirements
- The preferred candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a business-related field with a minimum of three years professional experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Development
- Background and contacts in commercial real estate preferred
- Demonstrated sales and project management experience is a must
- Strong client/customer service orientation

Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills

Interest in marketing technologies and new media is a plus
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Primary Duties

Contact, prospect and develop new business relationships
- Serve as a liaison between clients and production team
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Grow sales of inMotion Real Estate Media solutions in assigned market
Compensation
- Contract-based with generous commission plan and incentives.
