Business Development


Description

If you are self-motivated and have the confidence to close deals, we want to hear from you. We are currently looking for a Business Development/ Lead generation professional to fuel our growth in the commercial real estate industry. You must enjoy building relationships with new clients and be comfortable on the phone.

Requirements

  • The preferred candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a business-related field with a minimum of three years professional experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Development

  • Background and contacts in commercial real estate preferred

  • Demonstrated sales and project management experience is a must

  • Strong client/customer service orientation

  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills

  • Interest in marketing technologies and new media is a plus

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Primary Duties

  • Contact, prospect and develop new business relationships

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and production team

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Grow sales of inMotion Real Estate Media solutions in assigned market

Compensation

  • Contract-based with generous commission plan and incentives.
