URC at 303 Third Street Selects inMotion for Video and Web Marketing

inMotion Real Estate Media has been selected to manage video and web marketing efforts for the URC (University Residential Community) at 303 Third Street, Cambridge, MA. The URC development is a 531-unit , $225 million residential building in Kendall Square, jointly developed by Extell Development and Equity Residential. Sales efforts are managed by the URC's partner in this project, The Beal Companies.

The project will be the first of its kind in the Boston area -- a residential co-op for those with institutional ties to Harvard, MIT, and Massachusetts General Hospital . The URC will include amenities such as underground garage parking, indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site medical facility.

inMotion will be responsible for creating the URC website and online branding efforts, as well as production of a marketing video.
