inMotion Transports Property Investors to Sunnier Climes

Family run real estate investment firm Ralston Real Estate based in San Diego, California, needed to strengthen their online presence with a website re-design.

The inMotion team designed an interactive and visually compelling homepage. Reflecting its Californian location, a warm color filter was added to striking images of San Diego that rotate behind a central property search feature – making it extremely user-friendly for users to make searches. In addition, eye-catching boxes at the bottom of the screen pop up with company and property information.

Inside the website, static content was given an interesting twist by applying a custom-built scroll and illustrated graphics. The property listings pages feature automatically rotating images that change from black and white to color as they are displayed for clear viewing. With an availability table, downloadable floor plans and a contact form prominently shown on each listing page, the client/user connection was optimized

By integrating an easy to use content management system (CMS), the client can add listings or edit information on the website, giving them full control of the site once launched.
